Orders will be shipped out for delivery in 3-4 days after order being placed.
Yes. Most questions will be answered straight away using our chat service. If we cannot answer your technical questions straight away then we will create a support ticket and answer within 24hrs.
We save costs in the flowing ways to enable us to offer the best pricing:
- We reuse boxes/packaging where possible
- Using chat as our main contact point reduces costs in travel, phones and office space for our staff.
- Some purchases are ordered directly from supplier upon order with Sram items being sent straight to you from supplier. We hold popular items such as Tubes.

Yes tax is included. A tax invoice will be provided by email.
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom but looking to change this to Europe and Worldwide delivery very soon.

All products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any returns.
